Published LangSmith charts leave
images.sandboxHostImage.tagempty, so enabling sandboxes fails the chart's required-tag validation. Pin the available0.17.1rc1image and bump the chart to0.17.0-rc.7so chart-releaser publishes a corrected artifact.Test Plan
